Located in the middle of the Black Hills National Forest, the Sheridan Lake campground in South Dakota is within a reasonable distance to popular attractions like the Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Monument, and, of course, Mt. Rushmore. This U.S. camping site tends to be a little less crowded than others, so it is a perfect way to get out amongst people again. But not too many people.
